The carrier used for your order will depend on your shipping address, package weight and dimensions, and the selected delivery method at checkout.

Shipping Rates

We may offer flat-rate shipping on some orders, while others will have shipping charges calculated based on weight and size. All shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website when applicable.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note:

  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and location. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and are provided by the selected shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery time does not include order processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Nue Organics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
